We work hard to bring you the finest tire installation service available. First,
we use the finest equipment, which delivers unmatched quality in proper mounting
and balancing techniques. This cutting-edge equipment is so expensive that almost
no tire stores can afford to invest in it. Our mounting equipment is designed to
protect today's premium alloy wheels from damage, and our computer-controlled patented
balancer provides the most advanced vibration-reducing and pull-eliminating balancing
methods available (Road Force® and StraightTrak® LFM). For more information,
visit our "Installation Technology" page. Second,
our technicians are professionally trained and certified. We routinely service the
most demanding high-performance cars, and are proud of our reputation with car enthusiasts
(like the BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, and Corvette clubs). Not a car buff? Not an issue.
The same quality applies to your Honda, Toyota, Nissan, or whatever you drive. We
provide the same high level of care and attention to ensure your tires are properly
mounted, balanced, and installed. Third, we guarantee your satisfaction. If you
experience any issues with your new tires in the first 60 days, we will make it
right.

At TireVan, we work hard to give you the best prices on tires around. We back this
up with our
Lowest Price Guarantee. Our mobile installation prices are competitive with
tire store installation fees, and our prices include all parts, labor, and disposal
of old tires – with no hidden charges! As a mobile operation, we also charge a small
fee to help offset the cost of fuel, tolls, and truck. You will still find our overall
cost of tires and installation to be lower than tire store prices! So, TireVan saves
you both time AND money!
A typical installation on a typical vehicle runs about $25 per tire and includes
mounting, professional computerized 2-axis dynamic balancing, weights, stems and
tire disposal. Certain tires or vehicles may require a slight additional charge,
as do certain optional services such as Road Force® Balancing or Road Hazard
Insurance.
A:
No, in fact at TireVan you will pay less. In general we find our customers save
as much as 20% compared with tire stores, and as much as 40% or more compared with
auto dealer service shops. Our installation fees are competitive with most tire
shops and includes all parts (valves, stems, weights) and disposal fees. There are
no hidden shop charges. Our tire prices are the lowest around.
WE GUARANTEE IT!
A:
It’s simple: we work hard to run an efficient organization with low overhead. Tires
is all we do, so we avoid the costs of providing other services (like tune-ups,
lube jobs, or muffler replacement). We don’t have retail tire shops so we avoid
expensive real estate. Our patented equipment (we use the finest) fits in a mobile
van. We avoid stocking inventory, which allows us to offer you an unlimited selection
of tires from all major brands, including Goodyear, Michelin, Firestone, Bridgestone,
BFGoodrich, Kumho, Yokohama and many more. Finally, serving our web-oriented customers
online is pretty cost-efficient. So overall we operate at lower costs than a traditional
tire store, and you save money.

As a mobile installer, we charge a small fee on each job (not per tire) to help
offset the cost of fuel, tolls, and truck. You will still find our overall cost
of tires and installation to be lower than tire store prices! So, TireVan saves
you both time AND money!
A:
Of course! If you shop by phone, our courteous customer service professionals will
be glad to assist you. Our website features advanced search tools to help narrow
your choices to those tires that fit your specific needs. Either way, you get the
right tire for your car. We carry a huge variety of brands, including Goodyear,
Michelin, Firestone, Bridgestone, BFGoodrich, Kumho, Yokohama and many more. Whether
you drive a Honda or a Hummer, we can help you. And remember, we have no pressure
to sell what’s “in stock”, so we will not steer you toward a tire that is not perfect
for your needs.
A:
Absolutely! Our service is perfect for cars like your’s. We use the same specialized
equipment required for luxury car dealerships (like BMW and Porsche). This equipment
uses special gripping technology that protects your wheels from damage, and our
balancer includes the patented Road Force® technology, which is the most accurate
way to balance a tire and reduce the risk of vibration.

We work hard to “do it right” at the time of your installation, so the incidence
of problems after a TireVan installation is very low. In the unlikely event that
you do experience an issue with your new tires, we will be happy to come back to
correct the problem. Our guarantee to you is simple:
we stand behind our work. For 60 days after our installation, if you
experience any tire-related handling or ride issues, we will make it right.

A service shop is happy to offer free rotation because they want to inspect your
car for brake, tune-up, or other work they’d like to offer you. We are happy to
rotate your tires for you simply because they should be rotated. However, since
we must dispatch a technician and a TireVan, we do charge a fee. The benefit to
you is saving the time of taking your car to a shop for service. Another option
we recommend is to rotate your tires during every 2nd oil change – which would typically
occur every 6,000 to 10,000 miles. Most service shops will charge nothing or a very
modest fee for rotation during an oil change since the car is already up on lifts.
And you are not spending your valuable time getting your tires rotated alone.
A:
If you order your tires by Monday at 5 p.m. we can typically install your tires
as early as Wednesday at 8 a.m. Same-day service is usually not possible since our
service fleet is already scheduled with other customer installations. Also, since
we carry no inventory (saving you money) we typically get your tires in response
to your order.
A:
We do. In fact, corporate accounts are a sizeable part of our business through our
Advantage Program. Approximately one-third of the population buys new tires for
a passenger car in any calendar year. This amounts to loss of time and productivity
for employees and employers as they take time out of a busy workday to take their
car to a tire shop. With the TireVan Advantage program, you save that time, while
receiving a nice perk in the form of additional discounts. If your employer does
not currently participate in the TireVan Advantage program, they can contact us.
It’s easy and fast to sign up.

We are based in Sterling, Virginia providing new tire service throughout the greater
Washington DC Metro area. TireVan was founded by two veteran entrepreneurs who had
one too many time-consuming, frustrating experiences buying tires. They felt there
had to be The Best Way to Buy New Tires. And TireVan was born.
